Series and Number:

We release all of our products in a set of about 30-50 pieces, called a series, and each piece is numbered in the series. Each will come with a hand signed certificate telling you the series and number of your chosen piece.

Each will also have the small WJ tag included on it, to discourage cheap knock-offs and poor quality fakes. This helps to retain the value of all our jewelry and your purchase. If you join our mailing list you will be notified when each new series becomes available and get a head start on other buyers.

We at William Jean Designs NEVER sell our mailing lists or release any of your personal information, ever. Period! We hate spam as much as you do.

Payment Options:
 
Currently William Jean Designs accepts PayPal, checks and money orders. No cash please. We are working hard on Credit Card billing but credit cards charge a high percentage per transaction and our goal is to deliver the most affordable prices to you, our customer. We are working on a way around this and will post whenever we find a way to do it and still keep prices as low as possible.( Note: If you have a PayPal account they will gladly take Credit Cards.)
 
If paying by check or money order, You will be contacted upon their receipt and advised of the deposit and clearing day. You will be contacted again once they have cleared and the piece has been shipped. We will always keep you posted on its current status. As soon as it clears the piece will be sent. Please be advised the clearing time for out of state checks and money orders is approximately _____ days.
